Emily, I adopted Bubbles from the NJ Christmas 2000 rescue.  She was a
breeder who had her scent glants when I got her.  In the time that I had
her (I lost her in Feb 2003) she only poofed twice - once when she met
my ferrets and once when something unexpected scared her.  She did not
*stink* and I would have no problem having another ferret with scent
glands again.
