hello all
 
my ferret Clef has a patch of fur that feels really rough on the neck,
and same goes for the bottom of his back feet.  when I look at it
closely, it looks like his fur is shorter there - it has been chewed
off or something.  I hadn't seen him chewing, and he cannot reach that
part of his neck, and I hadn't seen my other ferrets chewing on him.
I'm wondering if this is possibly adrenal hair loss..
 
he's healthy and active and all that, despite losing his buddy Dart a
few weeks ago.  he seems a bit mopey but they've all been getting a lot
of attention & are still playing well.
