If I understand your question, you want to know what you can do to
prevent the right adrenal gland from becoming a problem since the left
gland was recently removed.  There are just 3 options to help stop the
stimulation to the adrenal gland(s):
 
1) Lupron  or
2) Melatonin or
3) Limit the amount of light to only 8-9 hours per day.
