Lisa, here is a list of compounding pharmacies (in the reference shelf
in files at the FHL).  Many compounding pharmacies do ship.  Do copy
the list, though, because Smartgroups is expecting a week of downtime
starting mid-dmonth but over the last year their downtimes seem to begin
early as often as they begin at their scheduled times:
