Hello, Connie....I, and others on this list, HAD been fighting Petsmart`s
decision to "test-market" ferrets, in just a "few" of their stores over
the last year or so...  However, the Veterinarian, who supposedly
"represented" Petsmart, had made a few posts to this forum, "calming"
our fears, and saying that 'this was only a test market'!  If you listen
very hard,.......you can hear his 'shadow' lurking in the distance!
PETSMART is almost through,(apparently), with their "test" marketing
ploy.  The almighty dollar is still #1 , in big businesses` books!
I`d like to see an ACCURATE count of the # of PETSMARTS, that are now
carrying ferrets.....I`d also like to be a millionaire, too!!...so much
for dreams.... Check the fml archives for some of the correspondence
between ourselves and them.  Good luck, although, if any reply is made BY
Petsmart, it will probably be mostly "shinola"!!
