I am writing tonite not because I want to but because I'm looking out for
the best interest of our ferrets. We have two ferrets who have been with
us for 3 years. One's a male albino, "Al", who is 3 1/2 years old. The
other is a male sable, "Bob", who is just 3. I'm 9 months pregnant and
finding it harder and harder to give them the attention they need. We've
had to move them out of their room (to make room for baby) and put them
down in our finished basement. Unfortunately because of everything going
on we just can't take the time with them and they know it. My husband is
starting to resent them and I just keep hanging on to them, wishing that
things were different. We've treated them like our children but now with
one on the way I can't see how we're going to be able to take care of them
like we should.

I would like them to stay together, since they've been together so long.
They have a hand-made, 3 story cage; hand-made hammocks, food, treats and
toys. If there is anyone in the capital district area who could provide
them with the attention they deserve please contact me.
