We're finally ready to take pre-orders of the conference DVDs.
Orders received before November 30 will be as follows and will have a
guaranteed disc set. Orders received after Nov 30 are subject to a
price increase and longer wait time for disc shipment. Special orders
of single discs will not be taken after Nov. 30. Discs will be shipped
on Dec 17 2006.
