For those of you who think your ferrets can't escape from a Super Pet
Cage....... think again! My 4.5 year old female has shown me three times
that she can escape and each time she does this, I add another lock or
bungee cord to the door, we are up to two metal clamps on the sides of
the door and I thought with one bungee she couldn't get out and to my
surprise, saw her running down the hallway followed closely by the cat.
She was having a riot!!!

I now have 2 metal clamps and 2 bungee cords on her cage door and this
looks to be the solution. She figured out that she could "push" on the
door and open it and with the clamps on the sides, she just pushed on
the middle and squeezed out the tiny opening. They're just too smart!

One of the bungee cords is on the actual piece of metal you would pull
down to open the cage and another cord is on the section under that one.
Maybe I should change her name to Houdini??? I love the cage, but you
gotta watch the door.
