Actually, if you ask your pharmacist, you may find that they have those
kinds of syringes.  If not, ask your vet where they recommended getting
animal prescriptions filled and go there to see if you can get some.  The
pharmacy where I get my ferret's prescriptions filled (they do human
prescriptions, too) provides syringes free with any prescriptions for my
ferrets.
 
You might also want to ask your vet if you can purchase some syringes
from him.  Often, a vet will also allow you to purchase your prescriptions
directly from them and will also provide syringes for dispensing the meds.
 
If you ultimately can't find any place to get them, drop me an E-Mail and
I'll get some from y pharmacy and mail them to you.
