Here is another ferret song (I'm afraid I'm on a roll here ... someone
stop me!)
 
To the tune of "The Man on the Flying Trapeze"
 
He flies through the air with the greatest of ease,
my daring young ferret with white on his knees
his movements are graceful, the cat he does tease,
and my shoes he has taken away.
 
Oh he climbed up the front of the bookcase,
Oh he climbed up the back of the chair,
Oh he jumped off the top of his five foot high cage
and I swear he can hover in air!
 
He flies through the air with the greatest of ease,
my daring young ferret with white on his knees
his movements are graceful, THE DOG he does tease,
and my SOCKS he has taken away
 
Oh he climbed o'er the gate to the kitchen
and he knocked all the food on the floor
then he danced in the rice that he spread everywhere
when he saw me he *ran* through the door!
 
He flies through the air witht he great of ease,
my daring young ferret with white on his knees
his movements are graceful, HIS MOM he does tease,
and my PURSE he has taken away
 
Oh he climbed o'er the gate to the hallway
then he hid just one glove from each pair
then he ransacked the boots and he hid all the shoes,
I'm afraid I have nothing to wear!
 
He flies through the air witht he great of ease,
my daring young ferret with white on his knees
his movements are graceful, THE HOUSE he does tease,
and my MUSIC he's has taken away
