Flying Ferrets in a SMALL plane after surgery?

A friend of mine is considering taking several ferrets from Arizona to
Texas for surgery.  She is wondering if anyone forsees any problems
because of the air pressure since this is a small plane and not a
commericial carrier?  She is worried about the altitude problem and
would like any feedback from anyone who has done this before?  Or, if
anyone forsees any problems?
