We have just returned home from our veternarian. Cleo, 18 month female has
been diagnosed with diabetes. He tested her blood glucose level and that
was high. We have also been force feeding her with Baby Chicken food as she
is so weak and has no appetite whatsoever. What we'd like to know from
others who have encountered this problem with their ferrets, is there any
hope?

Our vet said that he could put her on insulin and that could prolong her
life for max. 3 months??? Please help us.

Regards

Lauren, Carl, Zoey & Cleo
