I think I understand now!  The temperature in which her housing is in is
always high.... Well your best defense (since ferrets are prone to heat
exhaustion) is :
 
Shade - (put a towel over the top of the cage but just the top so that
there is air circulation)
 
A fan - that will help circulate the air and cool her
 
Ice - put some Ice in with a little bit of water in a bowl.  The cool
water helps cool them down.
 
( I am making these suggestions with the thoughts that an air conditioned
enviroment is not an option right now - but should be considered a Great
investment in the future to help keep your ferret healthy )
