I fully endorse the Ferretguy's ( Randy Horton) statement of the dangers
of feeding fruit, (most especially dried fruit) to ferrets.
 
Remember that ferrets don't digest fruits & vegetables completely... they
leave the stomach (if the chunks get that far!) still in chunks.
 
Try applesauce.  It's not good for your ferret either... but it's
relatively safe.
