Hello,
Does anyone have any information or links on pine bedding for ferrets? I
was under the impression it wasn't a good idea, due to possible allergic
reactions and possible resp problems.

I have been in contact with Petsmart on-line store regarding their
placement of pine bedding among others on their internet ferret shop.
They have litter and pine bedding listed under bedding for ferrets. I
believe this to be misleading to new ferret owners and would be better
listed under "litter"

They also had pumpkin seeds and wood chews for treats listed under
"treats", but since e-mailing them, have removed this.

If anyone else is interested in checking this out, here is link

Also to e-mail them if you would like

Also if you would like copy of my letter and following replies from
Petsmart, let me know.

Any further info on pine bedding would be appreciated.

thank you,
suzi
