To Paula - and anyone else interested:

When we made our ferret rooms we did this for THEIR safety and health. I
know what you mean about the height of the plexiglass! Jackie could jump
so high he would grab the end with his front feet and pull himself over
(that was 30 inches high!), and I would find him in the bathroom, or
upstairs, etc. So, we put in 41" tall wooden fence for their big play
room (our music room - the biggest room in the house). And, they have
a "mousehole" in the wall with a locking door so they can go into the
bedroom, which is also their bedroom, food, and water as well as litterbox.
They are totally safe and happy and can be together or apart as they
choose.

GOod luck!, Shannon
