Hi to all on the FMl. I have posted a few times before; mostly I just lurk,
laugh, and cry at the FML. I am currently owned by 3 ferrets: Calvin,
Hobbes, and Susie. Our beloved little BEW Betsy, after a a 6 month struggle
(probably with ulcers) crossed the Rainbow Bridge in July. I miss her so
much. My heart goes out to all of you who have lost fuzzies, or have ill
ones.

This is probably a dumb question, but.... Susie has an adrenal problem, and
for several reasons, is not a good candidate for surgery. She has a furry
face, feet and legs, but otherwise is pretty and pitifully bald. Has anyone
ever tried those little shirts they sell in ferret catalogs as a way of
keeping a balding fuzzy warm? Any other ideas? Her little tail is always
like ice, and winter is coming! Suggestions will be appreciated. (How warm
is Georgia in winter? Maybe Tater and Odie would like a houseguest!)

Dooks to all,
        Sharon
