I will say hello to everyone first of all. Quick bio ref ferrets. We have
a total currently of twelve fuzzies of which four have had adrenal tumors
both single and dual. We have lost two in the past one due to instestinal
blockage and one during an ultrasound for heart problems. In addition there
are dogs, cats, snakes, lizards and cockroaches residing here.

So much for that, my question is has anyone heard or readabout a test for
adrenal tumors using a urine sample. My vet, a wonderful man by the way,
said he had see something about a test that appears to be useful for
determining abnormal conditions reference the adrenal gland activity or
whatever by testing the urine for certain materials. If anyone has
seen/read anything about this please post or e me at [log in to unmask] Thanks

One more thing reference frequent ferret fliers -- how does the ferret get
to the pet store?

thanks again
