Someone asked about ferret shelters in NH.  There are three that I'm aware
of at this time:

These shelters are in short supply of adoptable ferrets right now, but that
changes on a daily basis.  If they have none for adoption, you might try:

I noticed that the person who asked had an MIT email address.  Please
remember that ferrets will not be legal in Mass. until March 7.
