Help, my poor little girl Rocky has no toys ever because Bear her brother
steals everything!
 
I have tried giving him his favorite toy which he always carries off to his
hiddyhole under the stereo cabinet and then play with her with the other
toys.  He puts his toy away and instantly comes back and takes whatever she
has and leaves with it.  I feel so bad for her.  Any advice for me?
