I have a ferret called Queenie this is her first litter. Everything seems
to be going okay till last night I saw a spotting of blood and a stringy
clear fluid seems to keep coming out of her even after I wipe her off. She
has milk and is eating and drinking normally.

It has been 42 days since she was mated she is 1 1/2 years old and this is
her first litter. Is this normal is she in labor and how long does labor
usually last?

I live in Germany and no one can answer my questions today because it is a
holiday here and I am really worried about her.

Anyone with any information about Ferrets in Labor or problems that Ferrets
can be in in labor. I would really appreciate please email me any
information that you can on this subject..... I am really worried about her
and her kits if they are in danger.

Thanks Linda and Brandy & Queenie
