Hurricane Allison came ashore at approximately 1000hrs EDT Monday 5/5/95.
 Per the National Hurricane Service in Miami, FL  Allison has been downgraded
to a tropical storm.
 
At 1100hrs 5/5/95 Tropical Storm Allison Data
 
30.0degrees N 84.1degrees W.
45 Miles SE of Tallahasse, FL
Winds 65 Knots
Moving NE at 14 MPH
 
FFDRI had downgraded From Disaster Warning to Disaster Watch
 
Heavy rains with possible flooding is expected in Southern and Central
Georgia, and Southern South Carolina.
 
Thus far no Ferret Shelters in the Florida, Alabama, or Georgia Areas have
reported any damage.
