     My deepest sympathy on Cody's passing.  As someone who unfortunately
deals with this subject on a daily basis, I too often find myself inured to
the subject.
 
     Colleen and I want you to know you are not alone - most of us have been
where you are right now, and all of us will be there one day.  Take solace in
the knowledge that you were there for Cody when he needed you most.
