Many thank you's to FMLers who've sent me good advice and friendly
emails about these problems. Lately my experience with FML has gotten
richer and I appreciate the group more than ever.

I am not yet sure what approach I wll be taking. My first approach will
be to follow a member's advice to give hem all shampoos so they all smell
the same and prhaps the attackers will be more accepting of the new guys.

**It is hard to not anthropomorphise and speak of the evil doers vs
the new babies!**

If the shampooing doesn't do the job, then the question willl be whether
to separate the 9 into two groups or to find homes for the youngsters,
Jonas and Eric. They are still young (abt 3 months, I imagine) and are
very desirable, I am sure, plus they are already paid for, not to mention
vaccinated!

They are very dear and interesting, and even when I first got them they
were more attentive than I've ever seen before -- I think Marshall's must
be training their ferrets to come to people as soon as they see them.
They are also more vocal -- more dooking and chuckling. Jonas was also
able to cuddle as soon as I got him, even though he was only abt 2 months
old -- something I have never experienced before. (In fact I am going to
post this issue as a spparate email to the group to see what other people
think.)

So of course I want to keep them! Decisions to be made. Sparate gruops
would mean giving up my dream for my business of being freely able to
travel from indoors to outdoors and along the elelvated walkway branching
paths to go to whatever environment they choose....

Also, of course one group would mean less management tasks for me and
more time to just hang withthe
