I couldn't tell from your post whether the blood drawn for a "ferret panel"
was done when she was fasting and included a blood glucose test. If it
didn't, I suggest fasting Fidget for two or three hours (and take some of
her food with you!) and having her fasting blood glucose level taken. Both
my girls who have insulinoma shiver more than they used to and show hind
end weakness when they need their prednisone or need to be moved to a
higher dose. It is possible for a ferret who is just developing insulinoma
to have normal levels sometimes and low levels at other times, so if you
think she's getting worse, ask your vet when you could go back and have
another one done just in case.

Blessings
Judith
