Hello,

This may be an old topic. My first ferret just crossed the rainbow
bridge. I just got back from the vet. I've never lost a ferret
before. I never hurt so badly, nor has patches, her life long cage
mate and brother.

This was very sudden. The vet said this was liver and kidney failure
over maybe three days. She never looked or acted sick until this am.
Has anyone heard of this in ferrets? The vet said it was not usually
seen like this in ferrets.

How can I help patches? Thanks for your help.

Sharon
