Anyone here from RI?
 
Regarding ferrets being prohibited (except under permit) in NY, RI, KY & NY
state as claimed by our DFG, locals have contacted me from KY and NY to
state that permits are not longer required.  In NJ, as one ferret owner
put it, permits are easier to get than tickes to just about any sports
event or high school play-- they're issued automatically upon purchase.
 
But I haven't heard anthing from RI.  Anyone know?
