To my knowledge there isn't a ferreted experienced vet there.  The
University, which has a vet school there, refers people to Texas A&M which
in return refers them to Dr Roger Kendrick in Arlington, TX (Dallas/Ft
Wroth) He's very experienced with ferrets.  He currently sees all ferrets
here at the shelter, not to mention a large percentage of the Ferret
Lovers' Club of TX members' ferrets.  He's been know to also do
consultations with other vets as well.  He can be reached at 817-861-1763.
