    "How did you get in there?" Sammi inquired.
    "It's a trap from those humans," The fox answered.  "Get me out!"
    "Humans did this to you?" Wiggles asked.
    "Yes," The fox answered.
    "Why would they want to hurt animals?" Maxie stated.
    "They trap us to make money from our furs.  I'll admit that I have a
beautiful coat, but it suits me better if it's left on my skin," Fox replied.
    "What is your name?" Rosie asked.
    "Foxie," The fox declared, "Please get me out of here, before my leg
falls off!"
    "Yes, let's try," Wiggles said, "Maxie and Sammi, you are the
strongest...Both of you pull the jaws of the trap in different directions."
    "Stinkin' humans," Buzz proclaimed, "If I get my talons on the ones that
did this..."
    "Hey," Foxie said, "How come a vulture is so concerned about the welfare
of a dying animal?"
    "Just call me conscientious," Buzz answered.
    "Mr. Buzz is really nice," Sammi declared.
    "Any luck with the trap?" Wiggles asked, watching the two girls
struggling with the deadly mechanism.
    "Nope," Maxie replied, "It won't budge."
    "What exactly are you four girls?" Foxie inquired.
    "We're ferrets," Wiggles answered.
    "Never heard of 'em," Foxie said, "But I am very pleased to meet you."
 Suddenly, all six of them turned their total attention to a loud rustling
in the bushes not ten feet away.
    "Who's there?" Foxie stated, just as a deep, bellowing roar sounded from
the bushes, and a grizzly bear as big as a car crashed through the
vegetation, into the clearing, where they all waited, trembling with
terror...
