Hi,

This is for Michelle or whoever else might be interested. Below is a
recipe for deodorizing a skunk challenged dog. I got it from my vet, who
is extremely ferret knowledgeable. Thank goodness I never had to use it.

Take: 1 quart of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide (from a pharmacy), 1/4 cup
of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of liquid soap. Mix together and wash animal
keeping mixture out of its eyes, nose and mouth. Rinse with tap water.
This is a quantity for a small dog. I don't know how much you would need
for a person.

Don't store this stuff. The mixture causes a mild chemical reaction and
expanding gases could explode if confined in a bottle.

If anybody has occasion to use this, please let us know how it works.

Dooks,
Shirley
