A star was born on Earth this day.
Walking now on the Milky Way.
 
Fur full of glistening star dust.
Eyes alight with mirth, full of trust.
 
Birthed of love, gathered here on Earth.
Showing all just what she was worth.
 
A star resplendent up above,
One whom I called my ladylove.
 
She walked quietly into my heart,
Showing a joy that set her apart.
 
The Queen of all the things she saw.
Ruling and laying down the law.
 
Gone softly in the gentle night.
Soul to the bridge, heart blazing bright.
