My name is Christine and I am a ferret enthusiast.
 
Some of you may remember me from a couple of years ago (actually just a
year ago)  I was living in New Orleans and I had Janice and Puffo and
Rembrandt.  Well, Janice has crossed the Rainbow bridge due to pancreatic
cancer and Puffo died of a heart defect last summer.  Rembrandt is now
living in Mandeville with his friend Byron and they have a whole barn to
play in.
 
I am currently ferretless, and living in Monroe, Louisiana working at an
ISP.
 
I miss my little ferrets, and one day I want to be a ferret mom again.
Right now I am living with my parents and trying to put my life back
together-- (I seem to remember a parallel between people with ferrets and
people who suffer from chronic depression/ bipolar disorders).  I thought
that reading the list every morning might brighten up my days and nights
until I get back on track.
 
I would like to add that if anyone is experiencing a frustrating battle
with depression or other mood disorders, please, don't discount the
possibility of misdiagnosis or other disorders which can be masked by mania
or depression.  Find an up-to-date mental health professional to help you!
