Hi Jamie,
Yeah, you can clean ferret ears, infact you are expected to.  There are a
half dozen ear cleaning solutions on http://www.theferretstore.com I use
the one from Marshall but it doesn't make a lot of differenct.  Warm the
bottle to ferret body temp, pour a little Ferretone out to distract him,
then wet a Q-tip with solution and put a few drops in each ear.  Rub the
ear good then run the moist Q-tip down into the pocket at the back of the
ear.  That is where most of the junk collects.  Then wipe the crinkles in
the outer ear and it's all done,
