Hey all,

I remember posting after my MJ died that I was sponsoring a ferret from
the giving tree in her honor. Well, those trees had so many ferrets
on them and it is the holiday season. So far, I have sponsored Gus,
Turner, Gavin and Taylor, Scarlett and Jenna (I sponsored a third, but
was delighted to hear he was adopted), Chester, Cain, and Weasly, and
am also sending a gift to a small permanent shelter for hard to place
furkids. What started as a small memorial has turned into a giant
affair, but I would raher eat Ramen for a month than know I deprived
some needy fuzzy of gifts this Christmas.

I encourage any and all of you who have lost a fuzzy recently or in
this past year to consider sending gifts to shelter fuzzies in their
memoriy. It really does help in the healing process, and I believe that
were they still here, they would thank us for with big warm ferrety
kisses.

Lets get those trees empty this holiday season!!!
