Hi--
 
I got my first pair of ferrets because my husband is allergic to cats and I
wanted either a cat or a ferret.  Cats were out.  As far was we could tell
from pet stores he wasn't allergic to ferrets.
 
3 yrs and some 40 ferrets later, we keep them cuz they are so funny and
appear to be part of "Keep Kathy Healthy".  (I have fibromyalgi.) I have
pet ferrets, I tried breeding for the first time last year, and I take in
rescues mostly from other shelters.
