Mookie loves pop.  Not to drink, just to dump all over the carpet and steal
the container.  Doesn't matter if it is a cup or bottle.  Mookie knows.
 
We don't use drinking glasses.  We re-use the 20 oz pop bottles with lids.
Use to use the sipper lids but company sometimes felt uncomfortable sipping
from them those I switched to plain lids.  Rule is to always recap your
pop.  Mookie has been known to leap a good 3 feet to reach the tv tray we
place away from the furniture for placing drinks on.
 
I also have a shelf attached to the wall beside the futon.  The shelf is
high enough I have to get up to get anything from it.  Mookie cannot reach
this shelf so pop bottles are safe there.  Well at least for the time
being.  ;-)
