Ferret Folks,
Having seen several somewhat conflicting post on the Iowa cat killers, I
feel compelled to relate that I saw the sentencing on a cable tv show called
"court".  After the usual "good boys...victims of society" crap by their
counsel, this judge rambled incoherently for a good five minutes about how
he arrived at the sentence, which was:
 
3 years jail......suspended
23 days jail minus time already spent
3 years probation
restitution to be determined "later"
 
These maggots broke into private property, clubbed 23 cats to death with
baseball bats and got off scott free.  Where is the justice?  But this
should be all the more incentive to keep the big spotlight on Spokane 24
hours a day to make sure they don't turn their maggot loose on society.
