I adopted Jubal from Rocky's during FerretSock.  Barb warned me Jubal
(shelter name was Harold) was a wild child and a nipper.  He is now a
reformed nipper, still wild, loves to torment the cats and the dog :-)
I got a second ferret (shelter name Ruley) shortly after the Hagerstown
rescue.  Barb said Ruley (since renamed Early) would be great for Jubal.
She was absolutely right!  Put them together in a pen and watched them
very carefully, they had a good time playing.  Stuck them in a cage
together, watched them while they played, ate and slept.  Meanwhile,
I helped with the Hagerstown rescues.  I wanted to take home about 4
ferrets!!
 
Barb and her helpers are wonderful folks!  They are doing the impossible
with limited funds.  Their first concern is for the welfare of the
ferrets.  The ferrets live better than Barb!
 
I would not hesitate to adopt more fuzzies from Barb.  She know her
ferrets and gives them the best of care.  I wish she did not live so far
from me ...
