Hi Jerome
You didn't say if Sammy has been neutered! From your description it sounds
as if he is 'in season'. My latest 'rescue' is still entire and he is
leaving a dribble of urine on everything his penis comes into contact with,
marking his territory so to speak. He also has a strong ferret odour. If
your Sammy is neutered the problem might be that only one testis was removed
and the other is now functioning, which it can do even if undescended, t hus
causing his present behaviour and smell which is perfectly nat ural for an
entire hob in the breeding season.
