6. California, New York City and other places would be "persuaded" to
   lift their ferret ownership bans.
7. Yet another rating system for Hollywood movies would be established,
   based on Positive Protrayal of Ferrets, Negative Portrayal of Ferrets,
   or No Ferret Content.
8. The tradition of naps during White House cabinet meetings,
   discontinued since 1989, would return.
9. We all know that politicians are thieves, right?  Well, ferrets would
   be more open about it.
10. A Constitutional Amendment for Ferretone Prohibition wouldn't stand
    a chance.
