I read briefly the lawsuit papers. They indicate that "false"
information was published. It is obvious from the photos that the
information is far from false and the McKay family does not have a leg
to stand on. Shutting down of this farm has been a long time coming and
I wish all the shelters being "sued for defamation of character" well
and pray that justice will prevail. BTW, don't you need to have
character before it can be defamed?
