I would really like to get my hands on this information...every time I phone
the border I get a different answer....sometimes I need a permit, sometimes
I need a certificate from the vet saying it's healthy, sometimes I don't
need anything at all, not even to mention it's in the car and sometimes I
need to register it with border *sigh*.
I am purchasing a kit in the States at the end of this month and don't want
a million and one problems at the border.  I'd really appreciate finding out
what the real *scoop* is on this issue....
