I was able to prove to Paypal that I own and operate a legitimate
business, and that I am not a "not for profit" organization. However
they required me to upgrade my account to a business account. This is
what they said
"It will be necessary, therefore, to change this PayPal Account from a
Premier PayPal Account to a Business PayPal Account. Should this not
happen in the next seven days, we may be required to suspend activity
on the account"

I expect that when anyone sends that account money Paypal will be
monitoring it for the purpose of that payment. I am not sure I am going
to continue using Paypal. I had to upgrade my account because Paypal
locked me out of it, I could not use the money that was in there until
