I am in tears!  In fact I can barely type this.  This has got to be one
of the most sad things I've ever heard.  My heart goes out to you and I
am so sorry for your loss.  I don't advocate violence in any situation but
in this case I might make an acceptation.  Next time you see this neighbor
please give her a giant kick in the a** for me.  While you're at it give
her at least one for every life she took.  I'm sure that she meant no harm
but........ I can't even summon the words.  Kiss the others and hold them
tight (at least as long as they'll let you).
