Hello fellow ferret lovers. Just a little introduction- I am a proud owner
of 2 sable ferrets-KAZI and CASPER. We have been a family for about three
years now. Currently, I live in Lubbock, Texas and have encountered ferret
prejudice from a local apartment realator. They have no reason for not
allowing ferrets to live on their property, but they are sure to make it
known that they are not welcome.

Don't worry we are now living in a ferret-friendly apartment complex where
all the neighbors and the management come to play with my ankle-biters.

I am in a dilemma, We are now moving to LaFayette Louisiana and I would like
to know if anyone knows of a vet who is ferret-friendly. If no one knows of
one in LaFayette, maybe a vet in Baton Rouge. I am really concerned about
finding a good ferret vet. Our current vet is wonderful and very
knowledgable about ferrets because he used to raise them. He did not have
any recommendation- so I would appreciate any you have.

Thanks for your help. I love hearing everyones stories and am glad to
know that there are alot of proud ferret owners out there.
