Last night, I put mikey up for bed...he was a little sluggish...figured
he was tired. This morning, when I let them out to play, he was the
last one to come out...when I saw his mouth, my heart stopped. He had
mucous/foam coming out...I wiped his mouth, and tried checking inside
of it for a cut of some sort...he wouldnt even let me open it to look.
He was hot to the touch. I remembered reading something on the FML a
while back about symptoms of poisonings...foaming at the mouth, nausea,
teeth grinding, sleepyness, high temperature...yep mikey had all these
symptoms. I called the vet's office...closed on saturday, and their
regular vet is out of town. Luckily, one of the other doctors was
available, and met me at the clinic. He has been given injections from
the last time i talked to her earlier today, and he ate and drank a
little bit...no poopies yet, but some pee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY CHEMICALS/INSECTICIDE/POISONS IN
YOUR HOME...IF YOU DO...LOCK THEM UP!!!!Not sure how Mikey got into the
roach bait, or where he found it, but please learn from my mistake, and
do not allow your fuzzies unsupervised play time
