Per my official show document checker:

You don't have to re-vax or re-ADV test the ferrets. Please just have
your paperwork updated/corrected. Get the shelter operator you got your
McKid through to contact Blue Cross and have them send you a new test
result page with the McKid ferret's new name. Same with the vet for the
rabies certificate.

It shouldn't be hard to do.
