Hello folks,

I want to make sure no one acts on a suggestion I saw today on the FML about
publishing that creeps from N.J.'s photo on the net or anywhere else. I am
not a lawyer (thank God!) but in my profession, advertising and commercial
photography, I have to obtain a signed release for any photograph of a model
or any private citizen even when I've been hired by a company to photograph
their employees for an annual report or brochure. You can be sued for
publishing someone's likeness without their prior permission, except folks
that fall within the category of public domain, such as politicians and
movie stars.

I hope that jerk will never hurt anyone or any animal again, but don't get
yourselves hurt in the meantime-- what was proposed is illegal and could
result in a judgement against you if you act on that advice.
