Rev A of the First Aid Book is done at last......... now I'm sure there will
be changes down the road but for now, the first edition is done.  I am
requesting a $5.00 donation be sent to the CDFA for it, however you don't
have to.  The donation information is in the book.  E-MAILs only will get
them as I can't possibly keep track of all the public requests.  It will
eventually be available in the FAQ as well, well if it gets the ok that
is........... I will e-mail the book back and you can print it out.  If you
want the pictures and formal formatting be sure to include your computer
type (PC/Mac) and your word processor........... CDFA1
