One individual has brought up the ominous threat concerning the possibility
of a Marshall legal action against asking a lot of questions and raising
some concern.  Scare tactic?  Quite frankly, in today's world, there is no
such thing as "safe" ground, so anything is possible.  However, I would
welcome the publicity such an action would bring.  Publicity does have a
way of shining a bright light into previously darkened corners.  As always,
Marshall *is* invited to respond at any time in the hopes of clearing this
matter up.  Marshall has the perfect right to guide themselves accordingly.
I have always and will continue to invite Marshall to a congenial but
assertive, productive, and open discussion where they can seize the
opportunity to "set the record straight" if any matter is erroneously
conveyed by myself or any others.  Personally, I would be very happy and
quite relieved if all these concerns raised were indeed, erroneous.
